Back in L.A.

Thank you all for the posts, the emails, the phone calls, the flowers, and one big-ass check that still has me staggering. The thoughtfulness and generosity shouldn’t still amaze me after all these years, but the outpouring of love, sympathy and friendship has been wonderfully overwhelming. There are many individual thank-yous I still have to compose, but I wanted you all to know that I’m home in one piece, and that I greatly appreciate all the support.
